We offer several shipping options for your convenience. Please read the shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
Shipping via Israel Post – Registered Mail to a Nearby Pickup Point
Shipping cost for orders up to ₪250 is: ₪40.
For orders over ₪250: free shipping.
Delivery time/method:

the package will be available for pickup at a nearby Israel Post pickup point within up to 15 business days.

A tracking number will be provided for each registered mail shipment, allowing you to track your order via the Israel Post website.
Express Shipping via Registered Mail (Package up to 50 grams only)
Shipping cost for orders weighing up to 50 grams is: ₪30.
Delivery time/method:

the package will be available for pickup at a nearby Israel Post pickup point within up to 3 business days.

A tracking number will be provided for each express registered mail shipment, allowing you to track your order via the Israel Post website.
Self-Pickup
You may collect your order, free of charge from our address: Pi Glilot, Ramat HaSharon.
Delivery time/method:

pickup will be available within 2 business days from the date of order, after prior coordination via email or phone.

Orders placed until 13:00 PM can be picked up as early as the next business day, subject to prior coordination.
Express Home Delivery by Courier
Shipping cost for orders up to ₪300 is: ₪60.
For orders over ₪300: free shipping.
Delivery time/method:

up to 2 business days for orders received until 13:00 PM.

Up to 3 business days for designated remote areas (a list of these areas will be published soon).

The courier will contact the customer to schedule a delivery time on the delivery day.

During the checkout process, the customer may indicate in the order notes whether they authorize the courier to leave the package at their door or in their mailbox in case delivery cannot be coordinated directly. If the customer does not specify or requests personal coordination, the courier will contact the customer to arrange delivery. The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to packages left according to the customer’s instructions.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, or national holidays.

Delays beyond the company’s control may occur (for example, due to backlogs at Israel Post or with courier services).

The company is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or lack of response from the customer.

Customers who fail to collect their order from the designated pickup point within the required timeframe will be responsible for the cost of shipping back or any additional handling fees as necessary.
