Refund & Return policy
At 4Your Shoes, we aspire to ensure your full satisfaction with our products and service. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order or return a product, please review the following policy:
Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or through the “Contact Us” form on the website.

If the cancellation is due to a change of mind, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, along with the purchase receipt.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and approved, a refund will be issued within up to 14 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

For cancellations due to change of mind, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be deducted, in accordance with the law.
Product Return

The customer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense, using registered mail or courier to an address provided upon request.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Defective Or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, including a photo of the issue.

After review and confirmation, we will offer a replacement, credit, or full refund.
Items Not Eligible For Return

Products that have been used cannot be returned.

Custom-made or specially ordered products are non-refundable.
