Welcome to [www.4yourshoes.com] (hereinafter: “the Website”). These terms and conditions outline the rules for using the site, including purchasing products, delivery, cancellations, and more. Use of the Website constitutes agreement to the terms set forth below.

Use of the Website

The Website is intended for the purchase of shoe care, cleaning, dyeing, and accessory products. Use of the Website is permitted for individuals aged 18 and above, or those with parental/guardian authorization.

Product Purchase Process

  •  All prices on the Website don't include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  •  Images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

  •  Orders are subject to credit card approval and system confirmation.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  •  Estimated delivery times are specified on the product page or during checkout.

  •  Customers may choose between home delivery or self-collection.

  •  Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement only, from: Pi Glilot, Ramat HaSharon, during operating hours as provided upon order confirmation.

  •  Delays caused by shipping companies or unforeseen events are not under our control therefore we are not responsible for the delay.

  •  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or special delivery areas.

 

Cancellations and Returns

  •  Orders can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

  •  Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or via the Contact page).

  •  For cancellations due to change of mind – the product must be returned unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, at the customer’s expense.

  •  Refunds will be issued within 14 business days, less cancellation fees of up to 5% of the order value or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.

 

Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of the Website owner and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  •  Products on the Website are for external use only. Please follow the usage instructions provided on the product packaging.

  •  We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper or negligent use.

  •  Product availability and information may change without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous stock of all products.
