Refund & Return policy

At 4Your Shoes, we aspire to ensure your full satisfaction with our products and service. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order or return a product, please review the following policy:

Order Cancellation

  •  You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

  •  Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or through the “Contact Us” form on the website.

  •  If the cancellation is due to a change of mind, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, along with the purchase receipt.

 

Refunds 

  •  Once the returned product is received and approved, a refund will be issued within up to 14 business days.

  •  Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

  •  For cancellations due to change of mind, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be deducted, in accordance with the law.

 

Product Return

  •  The customer is responsible for returning the product at their own expense, using registered mail or courier to an address provided upon request.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

 

Defective Or Wrong Items

  •  If you receive a damaged or wrong products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, including a photo of the issue.

  •  After review and confirmation, we will offer a replacement, credit, or full refund.

 

Items Not Eligible For Return

  •  Products that have been used cannot be returned.

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products are non-refundable.
